Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy if you wish to cancel your order or are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate a return or cancellation, please email info@vizatdoors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Note: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your goods immediately to ensure they are not damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Once satisfied, you should sign the delivery note provided by the delivery staff.
If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please notify us within 3 working days by emailing info@vizatdoors.co.uk, including your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photographs to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and, where necessary, the incorrect goods collected.
Please note: A refund or credit will only be issued if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

UK-Wide Delivery - We deliver across the entire UK.

Standard Doors: Dispatched within 3–10 business days.
FD60 & Bespoke Doors: Require 3–5 weeks for processing before shipping

Delivery Charges: Shipping costs start from £2.95 and are calculated at checkout based on your selected products and delivery address.
Note: Delivery Charges starts From £2.95 up to £96.00 including VAT, ONLY IN ENGLAND (7–10 business days).
