Incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods
When you receive goods, you should inspect the condition of the goods to make sure they are not faulty, not damaged or incorrect. And once satisfied you should sign the goods received note provided by the delivery staff.
If unfortunately, in an event that you receive incorrect goods please inform us via email to info@vizatdoors.co.uk including your order number and the nature of the incorrect issue within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.
We will request pictures of the incorrect goods and once our team has checked and confirmed the damage claim we will initiate a replacement product to be sent to you, and the incorrect goods collected where applicable.
Please note, we will only offer a refund/credit for incorrect goods if no suitable replacement can be supplied.
Changed of mind
We offer a 14 day no nonsense returns policy if you don't like your products or wish to cancel or change your order.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, via email to info@vizatdoors.co.uk, and you will have a further 14 days to return the products to us.
It is your responsibility to return the goods you wish to return.
The goods must be returned to us in a new, unused, and re-sellable condition in order for a refund to be granted, we, therefore, suggest you use an insured courier to return the goods.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will be processed within 3 working days after the quality of returned goods are checked. Please allow 14 days for the money to show up in your account.
Cancellation can be refundable but material, labor charges and card payment charges will be covered 15-25% of the payment.
Non-Refundable Goods
Some items that can be ordered through this website cannot be returned or canceled, including any items that have been customized or personalized. If the goods delivered are broken or defective, this does not apply.
