Size 102 x 76 x 3mm. Suitable for doors up to 120kg. 60 minute fire rating. BS EN Grade 13. Heavy duty - for high use fire doors in public buildings. PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition - a process and finish creating a molecular bond resulting in the most durable and hard-wearing coating available today. This makes the product more corrosion resistant, more hard wearing, and more impact resistant
For interior use. All our fire door hinges are CE marked
NOTE: Intumescent pads should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations
Intumescent hinge pads are available in 100 x 30 (Code 865699), 100 x 43 (Code 158284) and 100 x 30 Interdens low expansion pads (Code 624974). All of our hinge pads can be cut to size. 25 year guarantee
