Although we appreciate your comments, we ask that you be specific in your comments on these services and products only, and do not submit any VIZAT DOORS ideas, suggestion or materials.

Therefore, anything you transmit can be used by us or our affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcasting and posting.

Termination

• These conditions apply until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Conditions at any time by destroying all material obtained from any our website. all associated documents and all copies and facilities thereof, whether produced under these Terms or otherwise. These Terms will terminate immediately without prior notice from VIZAT DOORS if, at VIZAT DOORS' sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this website and any other VIZAT DOORS website, and all copies thereof, whether or not made under these Terms.

From time to time we will make available to you links from the site to third party sites. These sites are not in any way approved, checked, edited, by us and you agree that we shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the content, advertising or products available from such sites, the quality, functionality, suitability or legality of such sites or for any dealings that you may have, or the consequences of such dealings, with such third party site operators.

You also agree that any dealings you have with such third party site operators shall be on the terms and conditions (if any) of the third party operator and you hereby waive any claim you might have against us with respect to such sites. You agree that we are not obligated in any way for and you concur to repay us within the way alluded to underneath in these Terms in connection to such dealings. Any courses of action made between you and any third party named on the location are at your sole risk and responsibility. 

Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that your use of and browsing of the site are at your own risk. Neither VIZAT DOORS or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the site is liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, or inability to use the site or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the site or resulting from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, including but not to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible property, even if VIZAT DOORS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall VIZAT DOORS total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These all contracts between the Seller and the Buyer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and all disputes arising in relation to such Contracts shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the England and Wales Courts.

2.1 Terms and Condition of Sale

Quotation

All orders for the products shall be considered to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase products conform to these conditions and shall only be binding on the Seller if it is accepted by the Seller in writing.

Price & Payment

The price of the product will be priced indicated on the order pages when you place an order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

We will normally check price before accepting your order so that, where the product correct price at your date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product correct price at your date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instruction before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mis-pricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums already paid by you and require the return of any goods provided to you.

You must make full payment before initiating unless agreed by us. Product will be delivered within 7 days after placed the full payment. We accept payment by credit or debit card. The price is exclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date of the VAT invoice.

Most importantly, the customer may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to the VIZAT DOORS by reason of any right of set-off or counterclaim which the Buyer may have or allege to have or for any reason whatever.

We offer a 14 day no nonsense returns policy if you don't like your products or wish to cancel or change your order.

You must notify us of your intention to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, via email to info@vizatdoors.co.uk, and you will have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

It is your responsibility to return the goods you wish to return.

The goods must be returned to us in a new, unused, and re-sellable condition in order for a refund to be granted, we, therefore, suggest you use an insured courier to return the goods.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will be processed within 3 working days after the quality of returned goods are checked. Please allow 14 days for the money to show up in your account.
Cancellation can be refundable but material, labor charges and card payment charges will be covered 15-25% of the payment.

If you don’t make payment to us by the due date, we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 8% a year above the base lending rate of National Westminster Bank PLC from time to time. You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount.

Risk and Property  

The product will be at the customer’s risk as from delivery. VIZAT DOORS shall be entitled to recover the price (Plus VAT) although that property in any of the goods has not passed from the VIZAT DOORS. Until property in the goods passes from the Seller the entire proceeds of sale or otherwise of the goods shall be held in trust for the Seller and shall not be mixed with other money or paid into any overdrawn Bank account and shall be at all material times identified as the Seller’s money.

Supply & Delivery

Please check first that you have the correct size and design of door as per in voice and that there are no damages to the packaging before signing in. received in good condition. If any damage bis present the signed docket must be noted as DAMAGED, the carriers cannot be responsible for complaints on condition after this event. Its not acceptable to sign ‘unchecked’. While remove the protective packaging and inform within 48 hours of any visual defects, the doors should then have a protective treatment applied once unwrapped.

In the case of collection by customer from our premises, goods must be examined before loading as damage can easily occur while transporting goods in or on unsuitable transport. Cheques will be subject to 7 working days clearance.

Claims

If the quantity of goods you receive doesn't match what is on your delivery or collection ticket, make sure to tell the delivery driver or collection representative. If VIZAT DOORS doesn't mark the quantity discrepancy on their delivery or collection ticket, they won't be liable for any problems.

If you find a defect or damage with your new purchase, you should take action. If you don't receive a written complaint about the defect or damage within 3 working days, the VIZAT DOORS is not responsible and you will have to accept the goods. If you find any problems with the items you've bought, VIZAT DOORS won't be responsible if you didn't inspect the goods before you used them.

Specification

The VIZAT DOORS agrees to take on the responsibility if the buyer provides them with accurate and suitable drawings, descriptions, specifications, or other information. If the buyer supplies accurate information, the seller cannot be held liable for the purchase.

All wooden doors ordered due to the nature of the manufacturing may have a variance in size either on the width or height of up to 3mm. This is the industry standard and due to the way the doors are manufactured and equipment used in cutting these doors to size. So when ordering any size whether standard or bespoke, these tolerances should be taken into account, i.e. a standard size door 762 x 1981mm may in fact measure 765 x 1984mm.

Sale by Sample

Unless expressly agreed in writing among customer and VIZAT DOORS sale will now no longer be via way of means of pattern or samples submitted and outlines or illustrations in alternate literature or catalogues will be handled as displaying type, class, and well known person simplest and now no longer as uploading phrases or warranties as to substance, performance, colour, excellent or size and any failure of Goods to comply with such samples, descriptions or illustrations shall now no longer represent any breach of settlement at the a part of VIZAT DOORS.

In the case of wood, veneer, melamine or laminate colors, Seller cannot guarantee specific shades or perfect color uniformity, and in both cases Buyer can accept reasonable deviations.

Sub- Contracting

VIZAT DOORS is free to use sub-contractors.

Care of Goods (External Door Care / Internal Door Care)

All goods should be stored in a dry location in accordance with good commercial practice, stacked flat, slightly elevated and well protected from the weather. No more install interior carpentry or doors in buildings that are not sufficiently dry.

All subsequent cut surfaces, especially exposed end grains, should be brush coated with an antiseptic and, if required for finishing, primed prior to fastening joinery or doors.

Exterior woodwork paint or other protective surface coatings must be left as they were and moisture must not penetrate the wood.

Further more information regarding the care and handling of Goods is available from the Seller and recognised bodies such as Trada, The British Woodworking Federation (Care of timber doors on site), and the British Standards Institution (BS1186 part 2 and BS8000 part 5). 

Confidentiality

All transactions, letters, drawings, specifications and technical information regarding prices provided by the Company to the customer, whether written or verbal, shall be deemed confidential by the customer and shall not be disclosed to any other person unless the Company agrees in writing.
