Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy if you wish to cancel your order or are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate a return or cancellation, please email info@vizatdoors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Note: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your goods immediately to ensure they are not damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Once satisfied, you should sign the delivery note provided by the delivery staff.
If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please notify us within 3 working days by emailing info@vizatdoors.co.uk, including your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photographs to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and, where necessary, the incorrect goods collected.
Please note: A refund or credit will only be issued if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Description
Push pad emergency exit device designed for use in non-public areas on escape routes by fully trained personnel. Suitable for interior doors up to 1300mm wide. For use on single doors and the first opening leaf of double rebated door applications. Supplied in the left or right hand, but can be easily reversed on site. Pad operated rim latch with single point latching and two point locking for extra security and can be used with a rim cylinder fitted to the outside of the door. Comes with fixings and self-adhesive "Push to Open" signage. Security - Grade 3: 2,000 Newtons. 378DDS available for double rebated door applications.
BS EN 179: An emergency application where the exit door is used by trained personnel, not the general public, in a low occupancy environment. For example: in a low occupancy place of work, never accessed by the public or those unfamiliar with the operating instructions..
