Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy if you wish to cancel your order or are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate a return or cancellation, please email info@vizatdoors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your goods immediately to ensure they are not damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Once satisfied, you should sign the delivery note provided by the delivery staff.
If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please notify us within 3 working days by emailing info@vizatdoors.co.uk, including your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photographs to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and, where necessary, the incorrect goods collected.
Please note: A refund or credit will only be issued if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

FD60 & Bespoke Doors: Require 3–5 weeks for processing before shipping

Single door panic bolt designed for use in non-public areas on escape routes where personnel have not been trained in the location and operations of the exit devices, Suitable for use on interior fire and smoke doors up to 2500mm high x 1300mm wide, For use on single door applications, Self-handed - will suit both left and right handed doors,, Features an anti-thrust device, prevents unauthorised retraction of the latch bolt and two-point locking for extra security, Features tubular steel cross bar and shoots which can be cut on site to suit door width and height, Comes with fixings and self-adhesive "Push Bar to Open" signage, BS EN 1125: A panic application where the exit door is used by the public and provides ""safe and effective escape through the doorway with minimum effort and without prior knowledge of operation"". For example: theatres, shops, schools, hospitals and cinemas, For non-public areas such as offices, select products that are BS EN 179 applicable
