Description
A power size 4 heavy duty electromagnetic hold-open fire door closer ideal for use in public buildings including schools, department stores and hospitals, nursing and convalescent homes - especially when used in conjunction with a fire alarm system. Suitable for interior doors up to 1100mm wide or 80kg max weight. Hold open possible between 75° and 180°. Free swing function - Ideal for areas used by the disabled or elderly, as it allows the door to operate without any resistance. When used in hold open or swing free application the door will automatically close upon activation of the fire alarm or power failure. Input voltage 24VDC. Dual handed and universal fixing pack included for push or pull side mounting. 120 minute fire rating. 10 year guarantee.
