An Adjustable power size 2-6 Heavy duty fire door closer suitable for use in public buildings including schools, department stores and hospitals - Ideal for situations where the door width and height aren't always known. Features an integrated optical closing force indicator - The set closing force can easily be checked due to the visual power size indicator. Suitable for exterior Interior doors up to 1400mm or 100kg max weight. Backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors. Delayed action - Ideal for care homes & hospitals as this feature slows down the closing speed of the door. The delayed action function is not approved for use with fire doors & can be disabled when fitted to them. Dual handed and includes a universal fixing packfor push or pull side mounting. Closing and latch speed adjustments for a perfect closing action. Heavy duty fire door closer with 120 minute fire rating. 10 Year Guarantee. Meets Equality Act regulations (BS 8300)
